Know Your Account

Your Account Details:

• Test account with 10 credits to send SMS – Use any of the templates added in your account to send test messages
• 1 free Keyword to receive SMS from customers (to be used only for trial)
• To know your 6-digit customer ID, login to your account and click “Support” on top-right corner

You can convert your test account to any of the below mentioned account types (no costs involved):

• Promotional Account: Can be used for sending offers or promotions to prospects and customers. Messages can be sent only to non-DND numbers between 9am and 9pm and from 6-digit numeric headers.
• Non-Promotional (Others) Account: Can be used for sending service implicit, service explicit, and transactional SMS such as OTPs, order confirmations, service updates and other notifications to your registered users. These messages can be sent 24/7 and are sent from 6-character alpha headers.
