Business Challenge

To run reward campaigns Edenred wanted a reliable bulk SMS provider to send out coupons and codes to the customers of their client. They required a provider who would validate caller’s mobile number and send coupon codes via SMS to eligible customers. Earlier, Edenred had collaborated with another bulk SMS provider. But, their campaigns had suffered because of late or non-delivery of messages and lack of data insights that were critical for Edenred to improve their marketing campaigns.
