As of October 31, 2025, the Textlocal Messenger platform will be discontinued, we are no longer accepting new sign ups.

We want to thank all of our customers for trusting us with your messaging needs over the years.

Important information for existing customers

Until the shutdown date, please be assured that existing Textlocal accounts will remain active. Customers will receive communications from our team with additional information and more on the next steps.

The Textlocal Messenger platform will be formally discontinued on October 31, 2025. Existing customers can purchase new credits until April 30, 2025. We strongly recommend calculating your purchase based on your usage to make sure the credits are utilised before the shut down date, there will be no refunds for unused credits.

What happens to my unused SMS credits?

All credits will remain valid until October 31, 2025, there will be no refunds for unused credits remaining in your account after this date.

Will I lose access to my data and reports?

Existing customers will still be able to access and export reports and data from Messenger until October 31, 2025. Beyond this date, your data will be stored as per our Data Privacy Policy.
